Zoe has performed solo and collaboratively in venues across the United States, Switzerland, Thailand, and Singapore. Her studies include instruction from pedagogues Moni Simeonov and Carla Trynchuk as well as Lina Bahn, Ken Aiso, Gary Levinson, and Jennifer Reznicek.
Zoe currently holds a fellowship with the California Young Artists Symphony in the greater Los Angeles region and a student position with the North State Symphony based in Chico, California. Zoe served as Concertmaster for the Andrews University Symphony Orchestra and the Miami Music Festival Orchestra; as well as Principal II for the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphony. She has played under the direction of Chris Wild, Johannes Müller Stosch, Alexander Treger, David Chan, Ben Makino, and Mark Gibson.
A chamber music enthusiast, Zoe collaborates in a variety of settings including duos, piano trios, piano quartets, string quartets, and string quintets. Zoe was selected to be a member of the Bob Cole Conservatory University String Quartet from 2024-2025 and is most recently the violinist of a piano quartet with Ariana Solotoff, Jocelyn Morales, and Lucas Schaefer.
Zoe is enthusiastic about bringing public attention to lesser-known gems in the music world. Particularly focused on works written by underrepresented groups, she programmed her degree recital around music by female composers Dora Pejačević, Amy Beach, Lili Boulanger, and Grażyna Bacewicz. With her interest in contemporary and experimental forms, she joined the Bob Cole Conservatory New Music Ensemble in 2025 and advocates for more performances of modern styles of music. In 2023, Zoe transcribed and programmed Color Wheels by Canadian composer Allison Loggins-Hull (originally for alto flute and electronics), and more recently appeared in a performance with Lucas Schaefer performing "Whip the Devil 'Round the Stump" by LA-based composer Juhi Bansal.
